Changing behaviour takes time and leadership development is designed to change leaders' behaviour, so that business results can improve. Only a process of leadership development, a series of events with meaningful application at the workplace and reinforcement can be expected to achieve lasting change in leadership behaviour.

In partnership with Integro Learning, Corporate Learning offers The Leadership Development Process™. The Leadership Development Process™ helps leaders understand that they are accountable for the environment they create, and whether that environment is based on trust, or lack of it. The process provides them with the knowledge, skills and applications that they need to create a work environment based on trust and personal responsibility…… a place where people want to be accountable for their performance.

The Leadership Development Process™ comprises five two day workshops spread over 15 to 18 months. In between the workshops, participants apply learning and application from the workshops with their work teams and individual direct reports. Coaching support and follow-up is provided by the workshop facilitator.

Workshop modules are: Building Trust, Coaching and Counselling, Increasing Engagement and Commitment, Building a High Performance Team, Shared Leadership

The process includes a 360 degree feedback survey and other questionnaires to provide valuable feedback for participants and their team members.
