a Development Plan. Using the Development
Plan, we work with our client and his/her
boss to identify the most appropriate
development activities to prepare them
for leadership - either in their present
role and for future roles. This may
include off the job management programs,
either in-company or externally, leadership
coaching, other questionnaires such
as Myers Briggs Type Indicator, action
learning projects or further tertiary
education.
Leadership coaching is an extremely
successful and efficient development
option for improving management and
leadership capabilities. The coaching
process ensures that the time invested
by the client is of high value and relevant
to the individual and their outcomes.
The leadership development process is
accelerated through specific and targeted

coaching program typically consists
12 sessions over seven to 12 months.

coaching programs outside of Sydney,
some sessions may be successfully carried
out by telephone.
