Action Learning :: Develop Solutions
Action Learning uses a group to develop
solutions to workplace needs and then
to put these solutions into practice.
The process of learning by doing, then
reflecting on what was done automatically
increases the knowledge and skills of
the participants and then flows to the
learning of the whole organisation.
Action Learning projects usually take
place over a period of three to six
months as part of the participant's
normal work. It may be a stand-alone
project or be a component of a formal
development program.
At the start of every Action Learning
project, Corporate Learning helps the
organisation identify the required goals
and outcomes.
