the feedback of the 360 degree report,
is that the individual prepares a comprehensive
Development Plan. We assist our clients
in this process to select suitable activities

role or in preparation for future roles.

a development opportunity (rather
than performance assessment) and
is not seen as threatening to the
individual.

development needs for each individual.

to the individual from "above",
i.e. their boss, "below"

customers; thus feedback is received
from "360 degrees" around

external person receives/accesses
the completed questionnaires, compiles
the reports and gives the feedback
to each individual privately.

individuals are properly briefed
about the program

Ideally the questionnaire
is completed on a web site for ease
of collating the responses. This

used to prepare a Development Plan

individual will undertake to improve
performance in their current role
