As a business owner you have a lot of strengths, right? Otherwise you would have gone out of business before you got to read this. But just maybe you believe you need to develop some skills and capabilities that will help you manage your business more effectively.
Here’s a short survey that will help you identify your strengths and perhaps some of your weaker areas. Assess yourself on a scale of 1 to 10. 10 means this is a strength in your business and 1 means you don’t do it at all or are really bad at it.

Scores of 8 or more are your strengths. However, if you have scores of 5 or below you might think about how you can make improvements in this area of your business.
