The Leadership Development Process™ helps leaders understand that they are accountable for the environment they create, and whether that environment is based on trust, or lack of it. The process provides them with the tools, techniques and skills that they need to create a work environment based on trust and personal responsibility, a place where people want to be accountable for their performance and are engaged in their work.

The Leadership Development Process™ comprises four two day workshops spread over 13 to 15 months. Between the workshops, participants apply learning and application from the workshops with their work teams and individual direct reports. Coaching support and follow-up is provided by the workshop facilitator.

Workshop modules are: Building Trust, Coaching and Counselling, Increasing Engagement and Commitment, Building a High Performance Team.

The process includes a 360 degree feedback survey and other questionnaires to provide valuable feedback for participants and their team members.
