CASE STUDY

Client: Managing Director of the Australian subsidiary of a global company

Background: The client completed a leadership program with his parent company in Europe and wanted to continue his leadership journey through coaching.  With his boss based overseas, he wanted a sounding board and to learn more about leadership and how to apply it in his role.

Process: He completed a client profile which explores where he was and where he wanted to be.  He identified several changes and desired behaviours that we used to form objectives for the coaching program.  The Hogan Leadership Forecast series identified his leadership strengths and further development needs

Outcomes: The client was excited about achieving his key goals and particularly valued the sounding board aspect of our coaching sessions.  The coaching program helped him move forward in a number of key business initiatives.
