We are based in Sydney, Australia.
The majority of our clients are
based in Sydney, however we have
worked for our clients in all
major cities of Australia.
Do we specialise in any industries?
No,
we do not specialise in any particular
industries. We specialise in people!!
And since all our clients have
people we can work with any organisation
that values its people and is
prepared to make an investment
in their organisation success

What size companies do we work with?
We
have worked with companies as
small as 20 employees and several
contractors through to Australia's
largest bank.
What tools do we use to assist in meeting our client's needs?
We
use Myers Briggs Type Indicator,
either Step I or II, Belbin Team
Roles, DISC® Indra, and Management
Development Competency Assessment
as well as some of our own tools
that we have developed. We can
also work with our clients' own
tools and materials.
What is our fee structure?
Since
we tailor solutions to our clients'
needs, almost every assignment
is different. We prepare a detailed
proposal for every assignment
outlining our clients' needs and
how we will meet those needs.
Every aspect of our fees and expenses
is detailed in our proposals.
