1998 and works with small through
to large organisations over a range
of industries.
She specialises in executive coaching,
performance management, team development
and leadership development in Sydney
and around Australia. Her corporate
experience covers organisations in
Australia and Canada in the food manufacturing,
printing, computer services, health
and retail industries.
She
has extensive experience in developing
change management programs, team development
initiatives and the implementation
of performance management systems.

Linda
is an international presenter and
has won two national and two state
awards from the Australian Institute
of Training and Development (AITD).
She
is a Fellow and Life Member of the
AITD and an Associate Fellow of the
Australian Institute of Management
(AIM). She is also a graduate of and
accredited by the Institute of Executive
Coaching Australia.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Science
from the University of Manitoba (Canada).
She co-authored "The Power of
Executive Coaching" with the
principals of the Institute of Executive
Coaching Australia and is an accredited
practitioner for Myers Briggs Type
Indicator (MBTI) Step II ,DiSC®
Indra, Bar-On EQi and EQ360 and Hogan
Assessment Systems.
