About Linda McDonald
Linda is the Director and principal consultant of Corporate Learning.
She has over 25 years management and hands-on experience in developing the skills of people in organisations. Linda joined Corporate Learning in 1998 and works with small through to large organisations across a range of industries.
She specialises in executive coaching, leadership development, team development and performance management in Sydney and around Australia. Her corporate experience covers organisations in Australia and Canada in the food manufacturing, printing, computer services, health and retail industries.
Her pragmatic approach allows her to readily adapt to different organisations and cultures. Her ability to understand clients’ issues and organisational dynamics are key drivers of her success.
She is a Fellow and Life Member of the Australian Institute of Training & Development and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM). She is also a graduate of and accredited by the Institute of Executive Coaching Australia.
Linda is a Mentor for the Australian Businesswomen’s Network MentorNet program. In this capacity she supports women business owners through the program to help them manage and grow their businesses.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Manitoba (Canada).
She co-authored "The Power of Executive Coaching" with the principals of the Institute of Executive Coaching Australia and is an accredited practitioner for:
Linda is married and her spare time activity is rowing. She won two silver medals at the 2009 World Masters Games in Sydney in two different rowing categories.
